This is my work and what I believe I can do to make at least a small change, because I&#8217;m not a soldier right now. But everyone should be a soldier in some field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-726a9be\" id=\"strong-strong-span-style-color-var-palette-color-1-0-a-005-a-class-stk-highlight-what-lessons-can-we-learn-from-the-war-and-the-international-reaction-to-it-span-strong-strong\" data-block-id=\"726a9be\"><style>.stk-726a9be{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-726a9be .stk-block-heading__text{color:#bc8cfc !important}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text has-text-color\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #0a005a);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">What lessons can we learn from the war and the international reaction to it?<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/h6><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Mainly that we did not learn our lessons from the past. It became obvious that international organisations, like the UN and the Council of Europe, need to change. We need to have real tools that can protect peace and security. And [these organisations] cannot be running on double standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-7ed8082\" id=\"strong-strong-strong-span-style-color-var-palette-color-1-0-a-005-a-class-stk-highlight-do-you-have-any-advice-for-the-leaders-of-tomorrow-span-strong-strong-strong\" data-block-id=\"7ed8082\"><style>.stk-7ed8082{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-7ed8082 .stk-block-heading__text{color:#bc8cfc !important}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text has-text-color\"><strong><strong><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #0a005a);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Do you have any advice for the Leaders of Tomorrow?<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h6><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Open your heart\u2014do not just think rationally, but also feel the world. Be different\u2014do not just follow the rules that were established many years ago. If you are a Leader of Tomorrow, you need to build new rules and projects.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-ce9d0dd\" id=\"strong-span-style-color-var-palette-color-1-0-a-005-a-class-stk-highlight-what-can-be-done-to-overcome-traumatisation-in-ukraine-span-strong\" data-block-id=\"ce9d0dd\"><style>.stk-ce9d0dd{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-ce9d0dd .stk-block-heading__text{color:#bc8cfc !important}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text has-text-color\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #0a005a);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">What can be done to overcome traumatisation in Ukraine?<\/span><\/strong><\/h6><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">I am sure that we are the strongest nation in the world right now, and everyone admires us. Legends spread about people going out onto the streets and standing in the way of Russian tanks, without hesitation. It\u2019s very impressive. Yes, we have traumas. But we will deal with that. Making international organizations more effective is what the international<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block stk-30e3c9d\" id=\"strong-span-style-color-var-palette-color-1-0-a-005-a-class-stk-highlight-you-mentioned-you-were-impressed-by-the-political-position-that-switzerland-took-in-support-of-ukraine-what-exactly-surprised-you-span-strong\" data-block-id=\"30e3c9d\"><style>.stk-30e3c9d{margin-bottom:0px !important}.stk-30e3c9d .stk-block-heading__text{color:#bc8cfc !important}<\/style><h6 class=\"stk-block-heading__text has-text-color\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #0a005a);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">You mentioned you were impressed by the political position that Switzerland took in support of Ukraine.
