There are many product development strategies an entrepreneur can take to reach a break-through design. The drawback is that this approach to design can ignore other factors related to development; Lean UX can lead to somewhat of a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"\/services\/product-design\/\">product design<\/a> bubble<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design sprint approach<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design sprint is a subset of the design thinking approach. There are five phases to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesprintbook.com\/how\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">design sprint process<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that take place on five separate days:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Map<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sketch<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decide<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prototype<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design sprints focus on a small part of the problem, or one aspect of the design, rather than building a completely new product. The process allows designers to work with their customers in the prototyping and testing phases, and to learn quickly \u2013\u00a0within five days \u2013 to continue to design a winning product.
