- In Google Chrome - click on the '3 little dots' at the far right top corner and select 'New Incognito Window' or press 'Control+Shift+N' then login/browse our site as you would normally.
- In Mozilla Firefox - click on the '3 little lines/dashes' at the far right top corner and select 'New Private Window' or press 'Control-Shift-P' then login/browse our site as you would normally.
If that doesn't work, try updating your video codecs (just google 'how to update my video codecs' or 'how to update my _______ browser video codecs' - OR - simply try switching to another browser... for example to Chrome from Firefox, etc.
